Love and truth were never meant to be separated.

In 2 John 7–13, John gives a strong warning about deceivers who deny the truth of Messiah Yeshua and lead others away from Him. At first, his words may sound harsh: watch yourselves, remain in Messiah’s teaching, and do not give endorsement to those who bring destructive teaching. But John is not contradicting his command to love—he is showing us what love looks like when truth is at stake.

Real love does not affirm what destroys. Real love does not call darkness light. And real love is willing to protect the body of Messiah, even when that protection feels like tough love.

Today’s Manna reminds us that walking in love means walking in truth, and walking in truth means remaining faithful to Messiah Yeshua.
