“God Will Finish What He Started in You” (Phil 1:4-6 & Intro) - Daily Manna - 08/28/26
God is still working—even when the masterpiece looks unfinished.
Paul never planned to go to Philippi. Yet through closed doors, an unexpected journey, a woman praying by a river, a slave girl set free, a brutal beating, and a midnight prison worship service, God was building something beautiful.
Looking back, Paul could see what he could not see in the moment: the Lord had been at work through every unexpected turn. That is why he could confidently write, “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the Day of Messiah Yeshua” (Phil. 1:6).
If you are walking through a season where God’s plan does not make sense, don’t give up on the Master Artist. His “no” can redirect you, His “yes” can sometimes include adversity, and even the darkest night can become part of His masterpiece. He is not finished with you yet.
