"What is 'Sharing the Gospel'" (Philippians 1:3-6) - Daily Manna - 09/01/26

The Good News is meant to be more than something we proclaim—it is something people should be able to see taking shape in our lives.

In Phil. 1:3–6, Paul rejoices over the Philippians’ koinonia—their sharing and participation in the Good News “from the first day until now.” From prayer and generosity to perseverance, selfless love, and transformed character, sharing the Gospel involves both our lips and our lives.

Even from prison, Paul demonstrates a joy that rises above circumstances and a life turned upward toward God and outward toward others. And underneath it all is this confidence: the God who began His good work in us will faithfully carry it through to completion.
