"Thou Shalt Not Worry" (Philippians 4:6-7) - Daily Manna - 10/01/26

Worry wants to divide your mind, steal your peace, and convince you that everything depends on you. But Paul gives us another way: “Do not be anxious about anything—but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

In this Daily Manna, we look at Phil. 4:6–7 and the call to stop treating worry as unavoidable and begin trusting the Lord with what we cannot control. When anxiety comes, we don’t have to panic, strategize endlessly, or carry the weight ourselves. We can bring everything to the Lord—with prayer, petition, and thanksgiving.

The circumstances may not always change the way we want them to, but something does change: the shalom of God begins to guard our hearts and minds in Messiah Yeshua. The Lord is near. He has not lost sight of you. Bring it to Him.
