"Set Your Mind on Things Above" (Philippians 4:8-9) - Daily Manna - 10/02/26

Your mind will dwell somewhere—the question is where you will allow it to stay.

In Phil. 4:8–9, Paul calls believers to deliberately set their thoughts on what is true, honorable, righteous, pure, lovely, commendable, virtuous, and worthy of praise. This isn’t shallow optimism or pretending that difficult circumstances aren’t real. Paul writes these words while facing imprisonment, opposition, and uncertainty. Yet instead of becoming a prisoner of the moment, he chooses to see everything through the prism of Messiah.

In this Daily Manna, discover what it means to fix your thoughts on Yeshua, refuse to be consumed by the “can’ts,” “won’ts,” and everything going wrong, and then put into practice what we have learned from the Master. The Lord is near. Look to Him. Think on Him. Follow Him.
