"When You Cannot Lift Your Head" (Zechariah 2:1-4) - Daily Manna - 07/27/26

Every power that rises against God’s people will ultimately encounter the answer ADONAI has already prepared.

Zechariah’s vision of the four horns and four craftsmen speaks directly to seasons when opposition comes from every direction and discouragement becomes so heavy that we can no longer lift our heads. Though the horns scattered, frightened, and crushed God’s people, ADONAI personally revealed the craftsmen He was raising up to cast them down.

This teaching reminds us that God remains sovereign over the nations, faithful to His covenant with Israel, and personally involved in the suffering of His people. We do not have to vindicate ourselves or take vengeance into our own hands. We can lift our eyes, trust the Builder, and rest in the assurance that no enemy is stronger than the answer God has prepared.
