The world tells us to follow our hearts in the pursuit of happiness—but what if the heart is drawing the wrong map?
In this teaching, we look at Yeshua’s words in Matthew 6 and Matthew 13 and discover that the treasure we are really looking for is not found in comfort, recognition, pleasure, success, or control. It is found in the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
There are two voices. Two maps. Two paths. One leads to disappointment and destruction, no matter how appealing it looks. The other may seem narrow and costly, but it leads to life. The question is not whether we are pursuing happiness—we all are. The question is: whose voice are we trusting to lead us there?
