“What’s the Diagnosis, Doctor? Just Say it." (Isaiah 59:1-8) - Daily Manna - 04/20/26

Why does God sometimes feel far away?
Isaiah 59 gives a clear answer: the problem isn’t His power—it’s our ways. Isaiah 59:1–8 shows that the problem is not God’s power, His hearing, or His willingness to save. The real issue is the destructive nature of our own ways, our own thoughts, and the sin we so often soften, excuse, or ignore.
This is a clear and sobering look at the human condition—but it is also full of hope. When the Lord gives the diagnosis, He does it to heal. If you’ve ever wrestled with distance, dryness, confusion, or the false comfort of empty religion, this message will call you back to repentance, truth, and the path of His peace.
