Six Certainties to Anchor Your Soul (Psalms 62, 32)
When life shakes and people fail, where do you anchor your soul? In Psalm 62, David repeats a powerful little Hebrew word—akh—“surely,” “only,” “for certain.” Six times he declares what he knows for sure: God alone is my rock, my salvation, my fortress. Psalm 32 reminds us that hiding sin drains us, but confession brings forgiveness and freedom. This message explores six certainties that steady your heart: God’s rest, God’s salvation, God’s protection, God’s hope, God’s faithfulness, and God’s unfailing chesed (lovingkindness).
If you’ve been shaken, drained, or betrayed, this Psalm of Certainty will call you back to the only One who is always, only, ever true.
